I am in Senegal now, specifically Dakar. I will be travelling to Saly, another city in Senegal to attend a conference later in the day. I am attending a conference on the Economic Partnership Agreements between EU and ECOWAS. The Question is should Africa go ahead to sign the EPAs with EU.
